Foreign Minister S Jaishankar had a telephone conversation today with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi – a first since Monday’s violence in the Galwan Valley in Ladakh, in which 20 Indian soldiers died.
“India and China should follow the important consensus reached by their leaders,” Wang said to Jaishankar, the Press Trust of India news agency reported.
