Remember the child actor who played Munni in Salman Khan Bajrangi Bhaijaan? She’s grown up now. Harshaali Malhotra, who stole audiences’ hearts with her performance in the 2015 film, took a spot on the trend list on Tuesday, thanks to photos from her Diwali celebrations. Harshaali was 7 when she starred alongside Salman Khan in Bajrangi Bhaijaan. She is now 12 years old, and photos of her celebrating Diwali with her family have taken the internet by storm. She is pretty in a traditional red outfit. In one of the photos, she can be seen posing next to a rangoli.

Harshaali Malhotra made his Bollywood debut with the 2015 film, directed by Kabir Khan. In September, on the director’s birthday, she shared photos of herself and wrote: “The happiest birthday from my beautiful uncle Kabir. Lots of love.”

Bajrangi Bhaijaan stars Salman Khan as Pawan aka Bajrangi. The plot of the film is based on Pawan and Munni (Harshaali Malhotra). Pawan decides to reunite Munni, who is lost in India, with his family in Pakistan. Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays the role of journalist in Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The film won the national award for best popular film providing healthy entertainment.
Other than Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Harshaali Malhotra also worked in a few TV shows like Qubool Hai and Laut Aao Trisha.
