One of Bollywood’s most sought-after actresses, Deepika revealed in the legend that sharing these photos is her way of celebrating her roots. Thinking about her trip, a schoolgirl once, a badminton player, then a model and now a movie star, the 34-year-old actress captioned her photos: “They say they look to the future … But long in time, remember where you come from and all it took to get to where you are on this incredible journey. “The photos seem to come from the Deepika school trip – in one of them, she can be seen relaxing with her classmates on a bus while the other is a photo of a train trip.

Deepika also announced an interesting project – a Hindi remake of Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway Trainee. Deepika was to co-play with Rishi Kapoor in the film, who died in April.
