Deepika Padukone celebrates seven years of her film Chennai Express, sharing photos of BTS with co-star Shah Rukh Khan and film director Rohit Shetty. On Sunday, Deepika shared a piece of memories as flashbacks to her Instagram profile and captioned the post: “Unforgettable! 7 years of Chennai Expressadding a heart emoticon. On her Instagram Stories, the actress also posted several artwork of her character Meenamma that were made by her fans. Chennai Express, Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan starred in movies like Om Shanti Om (which marked Deepika’s debut in Bollywood) and Happy New Year – both films were directed by Farah Khan.

Meanwhile, actor Nikitin Dheer, who played the role of antagonist Tangaballi, shared flashbacks of the film on Instagram and he wrote: “A film close to my heart is like yesterday. … Honored to work with this wonderful group of people. “
Red Chilles Entertainment, who supported the 2013 film, shared a video to mark seven years of Chennai Express and wrote: “7 years of Chennai Express. Hop aboard this train of memories and celebrate with us. “
Chennai Express, directed by Rohit Shetty, is a romantic action comedy set in Tamil Nadu. In the movie Shah Rukh Khan stars as an easy-going man from Mumbai, who meets fugitive Deepika on a train and they embark on a journey of love and what follows is a comedy of mistakes. The film became a box office success.
