Britain’s Defense Minister said on Wednesday that China is looking to build the world‘s largest surface and underground maritime fleet.
“China is developing the world‘s largest surface and underground maritime fleet,” Defense Secretary Ben Wallace told the Atlantic Future Forum. “Our competitors continue to challenge us in the gray area between war and peace.”
