Lt. Gen. Harinder Singh, general officer commanding the 14th corps, based in Leh, is expected to represent India in talks to be held at one of LAC’s meeting points, official sources in New Delhi told the PTI news agency.
The two sides have already held at least 10 rounds of negotiations between local commanders and the main general officers of the two armies, but talks have not yielded any positive results, they said.
