Prime Minister Narendra Modi today congratulated students in grades 10 and 12 for passing their CBSE exams. Class 10 results were announced this morning while Class 12 results were announced Monday.
“Congratulations to all my young friends who passed their CBSE class X and XII exams. I wish them the best for their future projects,” Prime Minister Modi tweeted.
He followed the good wishes with a message for those who were not satisfied with their results.
“For those who are not satisfied with their CBSE Class X and XII results, I want to tell them that an exam does not define who you are. Each of you is endowed with many talents. Live your life to the full. Never lose hope , always look ahead. You will do wonders! “he said.

The results of the CBSE exam were announced today without notice, a format he also followed for class 12 results. CBSE does not award marks and percentages for class 10 and instead uses a system of scoring to rate a student’s performance.
The overall success rate of the CBSE 12 class this year was 88.78%, while 91.46% of the students passed class 10.
