AAP MP Kuldeep Kumar posted videos of him in the Hathras of Uttar Pradesh.

Hathras:

Uttar Pradesh police registered a complaint against an Aam Aadmi party MP, who tested positive for coronavirus, after posting videos of her visit to Hathras in Uttar Pradesh, where a young Dalit woman was reportedly gang raped and tortured.

On September 29, Kuldeep Kumar announced that he had tested positive for the coronavirus and that he would be isolated at home. “I have had a mild fever for the past two days and had a COVID-19 test today. The report turned out to be positive. I will be isolated at home. Those who have come in contact with me in the last two or three days, get tested, ”tweeted Mr Kumar, Delhi’s deputy in Kondli.

Five days later, Kuldeep Kumar posted videos of himself, claiming he was in Hathras, 200 km from Delhi, to meet with the family of the 20-year-old woman who died last week. The deputy wears a mask and walks towards the woman’s house at night. He was accompanied by the police and several others.

In another video he tweeted, he is seen sitting near family members and interacting with them. The MP attacked the government of Yogi Adityanath saying, “I have just returned after meeting the family of the victim of Hathras. An atmosphere of fear is created in the family. It is the murder of democracy and the Constitution. . In the Yogi-raj of Uttar Pradesh, there is no law but the jungle -raj, “Mr. Kumar tweeted in Hindi.

The newly appointed police director in Hathras said a complaint has been filed against Mr Kumar under the Epidemic Disease Act.
Under immense criticism, state police had filed 19 statewide First Information Reports (FIRs) alleging an attempt to disrupt peace in the state.

The 20-year-old woman was assaulted by four men from the so-called upper caste community in her village of Hathras on September 14 and left with horrific injuries including broken bones, a spinal injury that left her left paralyzed and a gash in the tongue. UP police, accused of reacting slowly to the woman’s complaint, alleged there was no rape or gang rape involved and a forensic report proves it.

This claim has been questioned by experts who point out that the samples were taken 11 days after the woman was assaulted.
