London:
Britain has expressed deep concern over reports that the Chinese parliament has passed national security legislation for Hong Kong, calling it “not serious”.
“We are deeply concerned about the unconfirmed reports that Beijing has passed the national security law,” said Foreign Minister Dominic Raab. “It would be a serious step.”
“Once we have seen the complete legislation, we will make a new statement,” said Raab.
