Hamirpur:
Union Minister Anurag Thakur urged BJP workers on Saturday to remain vigilant against COVID-19 and to tell people how the central and state governments are fighting the pandemic.
While addressing a virtual rally in the Badsar area of the district by videoconference, Thakur said the Modi government was taking several steps to relieve the country’s population from the pandemic.
Former chief minister of Himachal Pradesh, Prem Kumar Dhumal, minister of HP Panchayati Raj Virendra Kanwar and BJP district chief Baldev Sharma also participated in the virtual gathering.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a relief package of more than one million crore rupees to the people and all the leaders and workers of the BJP were working on a complete planning and a correct implementation of these programs with all their intentions. added Thakur.
He appealed to the workers of the Bharatiya Janata party to come forward to share the benefits of these regimes with the masses so that they could know who their real benefactor was.
Thakur, Union Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs, said party workers should take great responsibility when fighting the deadly virus and that they should educate people about live their lives during this crisis.
Thakur also urged people and workers of the BJP to make full use of central and state government policies and programs, as these schemes were for their own benefit and well-being.
He said people should work on farming activities in the fields and grow more vegetables, especially vegetables, fruits, and off-season crops for which the state government gave them hybrid seeds and subsidies.
Mr. Thakur told them to work to help the government in its attempt to end the COVID-19 pandemic forever and to help those who were or had suffered because of this disease.
