New Delhi:
Anil Kapoor, who recently had a big trend on social media because of his biceps, has once again proven age is just a number with his latest workout article. The 63-year-old actor’s latest entry shows that nothing can stop him from exercising. There’s a reason Anil Kapoor is getting “stronger every day” – it’s because the actor doesn’t “apologize” and follows his workout routine with dedication. On Tuesday Anil Kapoor posted a video of himself performing leg exercises and wrote: “Never skip leg day! #Tuesdayworkout #strongereveryday #noexcuses.” Michael Jackson’s track Beat him up can be heard playing in the background of the clip.

Last week, Anil Kapoor shared a post-workout photo of himself showing off his muscles and immediately stole the show on the internet. The picture shows the actor wearing a sleeveless t-shirt and pants. “When the muscles look better than your face,” Anil Kapoor wrote in the photo in which several of his colleagues in the film industry left comments like “wow” and “fighter”.

Anil kapoor workout posts give his fans fitness goals every time. We have selected a few for you, take a look. You can thank us later:
I made this post not to show or talk to me, but to convey some simple advice. When it comes to bodybuilding, nothing is beyond us. At different ages, we can work differently to achieve great results. If you are asking if you need to spend a lot of money on supplements to achieve this, the answer is no. I did not take any type of supplements in this process. My trainer Marc and I have been talking about doing this kind of reconstruction of my body for as many years as we have been together, 6 years! Time has always been a stumbling block, filming demands, endorsements, social obligations or family time. Every year we would say we – this year for sure. Now, in these very difficult circumstances, time is something we all seem to have a lot of, so why not use that time to do the things that you always promised yourself to do. Strengthen your body, build muscles, build immunity, build flexibility. Respect your body. We may never have so much time available to us again. @marcyogimead
