On Wednesday’s episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 12, the host of the show Amitabh Bachchan stumbled upon a really talkative competitor. Jogesh Pandey, a dairy farmer from Maharashtra, was the second contestant in Wednesday’s episode. Competitor Jwala Jeet Singh rom Nasik left with Rs 6.40 lakh. On the show, Jogesh Pandey said her engagement was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, prompting Big B to ask her about her love life. Mr Bachchan had a good laugh when Jogesh said his parents didn’t know he was talking to his fiancee. Speaking of marriage proposals, the contestant asked Big B to share his marriage story and he patiently did so.
Amitabh married Jaya Bachchan, his co-star of several films, on June 3, 1973. Mr. Bachchan, who spoke several times about his cat mangni pat vyaah with his wife Jaya in social media posts, told the story once again. Mr. Bachchan said his 1973 film Zanjeer released around the same time, he and Jaya decided to get married. After the success of Zanjeer, Big B has planned a trip to London to celebrate the success of the film. But her father Harivansh Rai Bachchan gave the mandate that Big B can only take Jaya if they are married by then. Amitabh Bachchan said that this is how he had a marriage “the next day”. Previously, Big B had said their wedding ceremony was over before their flight to London on the night of the wedding day itself.
