Amitabh Bachchan and Anupam Kher occupied a spot on the trend list on Sunday after the latter shared an invaluable image of themselves. On Saturday, Anupam Kher leafed through the pages of his film journal and posted a photo of the sets from the 1991 film Hum, in which he played with Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Govinda, Kader Khan and Kimi Katkar. On the return photo, Amitabh Bachchan can be seen posing with Anupam Kher and makeup artist Bahadur Singh. Recalling the shooting of films in the 80s and 90s, Anupam Kher captioned his post as follows: “My makeup artist from the beginning Bahadur Singh sent me this photo gem with the greatest character in our film industry, Amitabh Bachchan ji. Is shooting the film Hum in Mauritius. The image rekindled so many memories of joy, happiness, fan moments and much more. “
“These were the innocent days of cinema. Without cellphones or vans. I loved the human connection. I miss our director Mukul Anand. He was an incredible human being,” he added.
Mukul S Anand directed Hum while Romesh Sharma produced it. The film also played Deepa Sahi, Shilpa Shirodkar and Danny Denzongpa.
