Amid growing tensions with China along the actual line of control in Ladakh, army chief MM Naravane traveled to Leh on Friday to discuss the current situation with commanders on the ground.

The situation north of Pangong, along the Galwan basin, is a source of major concern for military planners in New Delhi.
