1,020 positions in the regional unit Hop! will be eliminated (representational)
Paris:
The management of Air France announced Friday its intention to cut 7,580 jobs in the airline and its regional unit Hop! by the end of 2022 due to the coronavirus crisis.
The carrier wants to get rid of 6,560 positions out of 41,000 at Air France and 1,020 positions out of 2,420 at Hop !, according to a press release published after meetings between managers and employee representatives.
