Actor Satish Shah, 69, recently revealed that he tested positive for COVID-19 last month and is doing well now, Mumbai Mirror reported. Quoting the Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai actor, the publication reported that Satish Shah was admitted to hospital on July 20 after his diagnosis of COVID-19, released on July 28, and August 11 is the last day of his quarantine period: “I will absolutely fine now. As per protocol, I have to quarantine myself until August 11. I had developed a fever which I suppressed by taking medication. But then I was asked to get tested and the result was positive. I was admitted to hospital immediately. “In a tweet from what appears to be his unverified Twitter account, Satish Shah revealed that he was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai .
Speaking about his admission to the hospital, Satish Shah added, “I would advise everyone to do this as they are watching you around the clock and you can avoid complications. There is nothing to worry about,” he said. reported Mumbai Mirror.
Sharing his own experience battling the coronavirus, Mr Shah added, “You shouldn’t panic about COVID-19. It only creates complications if you have health issues. In my case, it is. mainly the age factor which made me cautious. But I am fine now by the grace of God and I would like people to stay positive, “Mumbai Mirror reported.
