Bollywood Drugs Probe: Gabriella Demetriades has been called today for the second round of questions.

Actor Arjun Rampals’ girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades was questioned today by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai for the second day of Thursday as part of its investigation into suspected drug use in Bollywood, an official said.
On Wednesday, Ms. Demetriades was questioned by office officials for nearly six hours. She was called again for another round of questioning and she arrived today at the BCN’s zonal office at Ballard Estate in south Mumbai, the official said.
BCN had previously summoned Arjun Rampal and Gabriella Demetriades after raiding the actor’s home in Mumbai on Monday.
The polling agency seized electronic gadgets like laptops, cellphones and tablets during the raid and also questioned the driver of the actors, he said.
A day before the raid on Arjun Rampal’s home, BCN arrested the wife of Bollywood producer Firoz Nadiadwala after ganja was reportedly found at their residence in suburban Juhu.
Last month Gabriella’s brother Agisilaos Demetriades was arrested by NCB at a resort town in Lonavala, in neighboring Pune district, over a drug case, the official said.
The NCB launched an investigation into suspected drug use in Bollywood following the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput in June based on WhatsApp discussions involving drugs.
The central agency previously arrested Rajput’s girlfriend, actress Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, some employees of the late movie star and a few others under sections of the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS ). Rhea Chakraborty and a few other defendants are currently out on bail.
