Srinagar:
Three terrorists from Jaish-e-Mohammad were killed this morning during a meeting in the Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Two army soldiers were also injured in the anti-terrorist operation in the Nagnad-Chimmer region of southern Kashmir, police said.
The meeting started after the police, the army and the CRPF launched the joint operation before dawn following specific reports on the presence of terrorists in the region.
“Three JEM (Jaish-e-Mohammad) terrorists have been killed,” Vijay Kumar, IGP Kashmir, told GalacticGaming.

The search operation turned into an encounter when the terrorists opened fire on the security forces. A violent shooting ensued in which three terrorists were killed. Two soldiers were also injured during the operation.
On July 5, two terrorists were killed during a meeting in the village of Arreh in Kulgam.
