In a special remark, Goan Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said on Saturday that even if God Himself became the chief minister, he would not be able to provide government jobs for everyone.
“It is not possible to give everyone 100% government jobs. If tomorrow morning, even if God himself becomes the chief minister, it is not possible,” Sawant said during a web conference with representatives of the village panchayats here.
Mr. Sawant was virtually launching his government’s ambitious “Swayampurna Mitra” outreach initiative, whereby official government agents were expected to visit village panchayats and verify the ground-level implementation of government programs. the state.
“Their (jobless) households should also have an income of Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000. There are so many jobs that foreigners come to Goa and get crushed on … for the rural unemployed,” he said. -he says.
